Use our convenient Zellr link to book a rack and price your garments. Make sure to securely attach barcodes to all items before dropping them off. If you need printing assistance, we offer in-store printing for $1.00 a page with 24 hours' notice. Contact us via email at info@letstaketwo.com.au

Price tags must be securely attached to all items using safety pins or string ties. This step is crucial for efficient scanning and sales transactions. 

Zellr is versatile online reservation system. We use Zellr for your rack bookings. You will be taken to the Zellr site where you need to create an account connected to our store to start booking, selling and getting real time updates of your rack sales. 

The rental fee for a small rack is $90 for 9 days or $130 for 14 days, plus 15% commission. 

The rental fee for a medium rack is $141 for 9 days or $205 for 14 days, plus 15% commission.

The rental fee for a large rack is $164 for 9 days or $235 for 14 days, plus 15% commission.

A small rack,  can accommodate not more than 25 hanging items and 3 pairs of shoes or handbags.

A medium rack,  can accommodate not more than 50 hanging items and 4 pairs of shoes or handbags.

A large rack,  can accommodate not more than 65 hanging items and 8 pairs of shoes or handbags.

Keep in mind that the rack's capacity is determined by the types of garments you bring. You can easily add extra items at any point during your rental period as long as they have barcodes and are logged into your Zellr account.

You set your own prices, we suggest 1/3 of the original retail price is a good guide.

You can set up your rack 30 minutes after the opening of your first day.

On the last day of your rental period, we kindly request that you visit the store 1 hour before closing time.

This ensures enough time for you to pull down and for our staff to remove all security tags from your products.

Alternatively, if you prefer us to handle this, a storage fee of $40 per 24-hour period will apply, with a maximum storage duration of 5 days. If arrangements for item pickup are not made within 5 days after your rental ends, any unsold items may be considered for donation. You have the option to request that unsold items be donated to charity after the rental period. 

If you do not have time to do this Let’s Take Two can help. 

Deliver your clothes two days before your start date, neatly folded and in a box or bag 

Simply indicate the price you want to sell for.

We will then process, add swingtags, and hang your products for you.

Privately owned, men's, women's and kids, clothing, shoes, and bags are permitted for sale at the store.  

We are all about giving clothes a second chance and allow you to sell any brands - but we must let you know that brands like shein and kmart don’t sell well in our store. Our customers are quite savvy and aware of the dubious production methods and quality or brands like these and tend to avoid them.

Perhaps the issue lies in your pricing being to high. You could consider lowering prices and offering a percentage discount to drive more traffic to your rack. 

All hangers are provided by LET'S TAKE TWO for your use. Please leave behind at the end of your rental.

LET’S TAKE TWO is a unique Rent-A-Rack, Pre-Loved, second-hand fashion store that provides a convenient platform for individuals to recycle their high-quality garments, earn money, and contribute to global sustainability efforts. 

Before committing to renting a rack, we encourage you to carefully review our terms and conditions. 

By booking a rack and clicking "I Agree," you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• Confirmation: Your reservation is NOT confirmed until full payment is received. Payment must be made via bank transfer immediately after booking.

• Non-Refundable: All rack rental fees are strictly non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: Permitted once with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

2. Rental Tiers & Presentation Standards

To maintain our boutique aesthetic and ensure every garment has "room to breathe," we strictly enforce:

• Small Rack: Max 25 hanging items + 3 pairs of shoes/handbags.

• Medium Rack: Max 50 hanging items + 4 pairs of shoes/handbags.

• The "Two-Finger Gap" Rule: All racks must maintain a "two-finger" width space between garments to ensure a premium shopping experience.

• Overstuffed Racks: If a rack is deemed overfilled, our team reserves the right to thin it out. A $10 Handling Fee will be applied each time our staff is required to remove, re-tag, and store excess items to maintain boutique standards.

3. Premium Service Tiers (Add-ons)

• Tag & Hang ($30 Small / $50 Medium): The seller prices items in Zellr; we handle the physical setup (printing, tagging, and hanging).

• Drop & Go ($50 Small / $90 Medium): Our ultimate hands-off service. Simply drop off your bag; we handle market-based pricing, system entry, steaming, and premium curation.

• Note: To maximize sell-through and maintain store standards, Drop & Go is fully managed by our team (final authority on pricing and item selection). Items not selected will be returned to you.

4. Item Quality & Curation

• Standards: All items must be freshly laundered, odor-free, and in excellent condition.

• Prohibited Items: No stolen, counterfeit, dirty, or explicit items.

• Indemnity for Counterfeits: Sellers indemnify LET’S TAKE TWO against any legal action or fines arising from the sale of counterfeit goods. Suspected counterfeit items will be removed immediately without refund of rental fees.

• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to remove any items that do not align with our boutique’s quality standards.

5. Security & Liability

• Risk: While we provide security tags and staff monitoring, LET’S TAKE TWO assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Sellers rent at their own risk and are encouraged to seek their own insurance for high-value items.

• Indemnity: Sellers are responsible for any damage caused to store fixtures (racks, hangers, security tags) due to misuse. Costs will be deducted from the sales payout.

• Fire Safety: All items must remain within the physical boundaries of your assigned rack.

6. Commission & Payouts

• Commission: A 15% commission is deducted from all sales.

• Payout Condition: Sales proceeds will be transferred to your nominated Australian bank account within 7 business days STRICTLY AFTER the successful collection of your unsold items.

• No Returns: To the extent permitted by law, we operate a strict "No Returns or Exchanges" policy as items are sold on behalf of private sellers.

7. End of Rental & Collection

• Pick-up: You must arrive 1 HOUR before closing on your final rental day to pack down.

• Storage Fee: If you fail to collect on time or require us to pack down for you, a $40 daily storage fee will apply.

• Abandoned Items: Items not collected within 5 days post-rental will be considered abandoned and will be donated to charity or become the property of LET’S TAKE TWO without further notice.

8. Marketing & Social Media

• By renting a rack, you grant LET’S TAKE TWO permissions to photograph and showcase your items on our social media and in-store marketing to help boost your sales.
