Price tags must be securely attached to all items using safety pins or string ties. This step is crucial for efficient scanning and sales transactions. 

Zellr is versatile online reservation system. We use Zellr for your rack bookings. You will be taken to the Zellr site where you need to create an account connected to our store to start booking, selling and getting real time updates of your rack sales. 

The rental fee for a small rack is $80 for 6 days or $150 for 12 days, in addition to a 15% commission. 

The rental fee for a large rack is $95 for 6 days or $175 for 12 days, in addition to a 15% commission.

The rental fee for a premium rack is $110 for 6 days or $199 for 12 days, in addition to a 15% commission.

A small rack,  can accommodate approximately 20-25  hanging items and 3 pairs of shoes or handbags.

A large rack,  can accommodate approximately 40 to 45 hanging items and 4 pairs of shoes or handbags.

A premium rack,  can accommodate approximately 50 to 60 hanging items and 8 pairs of shoes or handbags.

Keep in mind that the rack's capacity is determined by the types of garments you bring. You can easily add extra items at any point during your rental period as long as they have barcodes and are logged into your Zellr account.

You set your own prices, we suggest 1/3 of the original retail price is a good guide.

You can set up your rack 30 minutes after the opening of your first day.

On the last day of your rental period, we kindly request you to visit the store by 4:30pm to pack up your rack. 

Alternatively, if you prefer us to handle this, a storage fee of $30 per 24-hour period will apply, with a maximum storage duration of 5 days. If arrangements for item pickup are not made within 5 days after your rental ends, any unsold items may be considered for donation. You have the option to request that unsold items be donated to charity after the rental period. 

If you do not have time to do this Let’s Take Two can help. 

Deliver your clothes two days before your start date, neatly folded and in a box or bag 

Simply indicate the price you want to sell for.

We will then process, add swingtags, and hang your products for you.

Our store is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10am to 5pm.

Privately owned, men's, women's and kids, clothing, shoes, and bags are permitted for sale at the store. 

Perhaps the issue lies in your pricing being to high. You could consider lowering prices and offering a percentage discount to drive more traffic to your rack. 

All hangers are provided by LET'S TAKE TWO for your use. Please leave behind at the end of your rental.

While our team endeavors to deter theft, it's important to note that we do not assume responsibility for any stolen or damaged items. We maintain a strict policy against selling stolen, fraudulent, dirty, or explicit items. Additionally, please be mindful of our no return or exchange policy and ensure that all items are thoroughly inspected for faults before entry into our store. 

To ensure the best quality, all garments must be washed and checked for faults before being brought in for sale. Items not fit for sale or with faults not identified on the tag will be taken off sale for you to collect on the last day.

Please bear in mind the following information: If you need to reschedule your booking, you can easily do so on Zellr or by reaching out to us via email at info@letstaketwo.com.au , and we will be happy to help you with the rebooking process. 

In case you need to cancel your booking, please get in touch with the team at info@letstaketwo.com.au, who will provide the necessary assistance.

Please ensure that payment is made to the specified account upon booking to confirm your reservation. Kindly be aware that your reservation will not be confirmed until payment is received. It is important to note that payment is not automatically processed upon booking; you are required to transfer the amount.

Please be advised that rack rental fees are non-refundable.

To ensure smooth operations, please remember the following guidelines: 

- Price tags must be securely attached to all items using safety pins or string ties. This step is crucial for efficient scanning and sales transactions. 

- Only privately owned clothing, shoes, and bags are permitted for sale at the boutique. Selling stolen goods is strictly prohibited. 

- Our team reserves the right to remove any items deemed unsellable from your rack, including those that are damaged or soiled. 

- To comply with fire safety regulations, kindly keep all garments and shoes within the boundaries of your rack. 

If you misplace an item or encounter an unlabelled item, please don't hesitate to approach a team member for assistance.

Please remember that hangers are provided for your convenience, and we highly encourage the secure attachment of price tags to all items. 

By agreeing to our rental terms, you allow LET’S TAKE TWO to showcase your items on social media and in-store. 

Our team will organize, tidy, and manage items daily during your rental. On the last day of your rental period, we kindly request you to visit the store by 4:30pm to pack up your rack. 

Alternatively, if you prefer us to handle this, pull down and a storage fee of $40 per 24-hour period will apply, with a maximum storage duration of 5 days.

If arrangements for item pickup are not made within 5 days after your rental ends, any unsold items may be considered for donation. You have the option to request that unsold items be donated to charity after the rental period. 

While we strive to keep all items on your rack, there may be occasional reorganization of items within the store. We recommend verifying that all items are accounted for before your final collection. Any items inadvertently misplaced will be available for collection for one week, after which unclaimed items will become the property of LET’S TAKE TWO. 

If any items are sold, you will receive the full amount minus a 15% commission within 7 business days after the conclusion of your rental term. Please note that payments will exclusively be made to valid Australian bank accounts. We also want to emphasize that your payment will be processed only after the collection of your garments.

As the rental period concludes, we can help boost sales by marking down your rack by a defined percentage. The amount of percentage is up to the seller; however, it needs to apply to the entire rack, not specific items. To do this please contact info@letstaketwo.com.au
